Summer Breeze 2027 has achieved a massive milestone with over 30,000 tickets sold within the first 24 hours of availability. The festival, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary, is scheduled to take place from August 18-21, 2027, in Dinkelsbühl, Germany.
Organizers reported that advance ticket sales began on Monday, August 17, 2026, and were met with an immediate and overwhelming response from the global metal community. The Hard-Ticket Early Bird phase is set to continue until September 7, 2026, unless sold out sooner.
The festival has already confirmed a massive preliminary lineup of 63 acts. High-profile bookings include Electric Callboy, a special Summer Breeze Legends & Orchestra anniversary performance, and Children Of Bodom. Notably, the 2027 event will feature one of the final farewell shows for the power metal band Edguy.
Other confirmed performers for the anniversary edition include Hammerfall, Halestorm, Wind Rose, Eluveitie, and Lord Of The Lost. The diverse billing also features Kataklysm, Dark Funeral, Gloryhammer, Insomnium, and Fleshgod Apocalypse, ensuring representation across various subgenres of heavy music.
