Black metal legends Mayhem will release their new album, Liturgy Of Death, on February 6, 2026, under the Century Media Records label. The eight-track album features a notable guest vocal performance by Garm of Ulver on the opening track, Ephemeral Eternity. The record follows the band’s continued exploration of dark, complex themes and raw production.
The composition Despair is among the featured tracks, alongside Weep For Nothing and Funeral of Existence. The album represents a major milestone for the group, which has maintained its status as a foundational pillar of the Norwegian black metal scene for decades. Pre-orders for the release have been initiated across major retail platforms.
