Texas-based death metal group Frozen Soul has made their latest full-length album, No Place Of Warmth, available for full streaming following its release on May 8, 2026. Published under the Century Media Records label, the record was produced by Josh Schroeder, known for his previous work with Lorna Shore and Signs Of The Swarm. Alongside the digital release, the band has also debuted a cinematic music video for the track Chaos Will Reign.
The album is notable for its high-profile collaborations, featuring guest appearances by Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance, Robb Flynn of Machine Head, and Devin Swank of Sanguisugabogg. These contributions are integrated into the band’s signature „cold” death metal sound, characterized by heavy, rhythmic riffs and a glacial atmosphere. The tracklist includes eleven compositions such as Invoke War, Absolute Zero, and the title track, No Place of Warmth. This release follows a period of intense activity for the band as they continue to ascend within the modern death metal hierarchy, emphasizing a production style that balances old-school influences with contemporary clarity.
