Primus treated festival-goers to a classic metal tribute during their recent European run. The band was joined by Mark Osegueda of Death Angel for live covers of the Dio staple „Holy Diver.”
The collaborations took place during Primus’s set at the Motocultor Festival in Carhaix-Plouguer, France, on August 13. A second performance of the cover with Mark Osegueda followed on August 15 at the Dynamo Festival in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
Fan-filmed footage of the performances has begun to circulate online, showing Primus’s signature instrumentation paired with the powerful vocal delivery of the Death Angel frontman. The set was part of a broader summer tour schedule for the legendary trio.
