Lancaster-based metalcore veterans August Burns Red have announced their forthcoming studio album, titled Season Of Surrender. Scheduled for release on June 5, 2026, the record marks the band’s return to Fearless Records. To coincide with the announcement, the quintet has unveiled a new single titled „The Nameless.” Bassist Dustin Davidson described the track as a hard-hitting composition that integrates the band’s signature technical rhythms with dark, moody atmospheres and a relentless vocal assault from frontman Jake Luhrs.
Season Of Surrender serves as the highly anticipated follow-up to 2022’s Death Below. The new album features a diverse range of guest appearances, including Mike Hranica of The Devil Wears Prada, Jamie Hails of Polaris, and members of Make Them Suffer. The band is set to support the release with a co-headlining North American spring tour alongside The Amity Affliction, beginning April 10, 2026
