Finnish melodic death metal pioneers Amorphis have unveiled details for their extensive „Borderland Tour 2027.” The headline run is designed to support their latest studio album, „Borderland,” which was released late last year via Reigning Phoenix Music. The tour will feature a highly regarded supporting lineup, including melodic death metal veterans Insomnium as special guests and gothic heavy metal outfit Unto Others.

The trek begins on January 22, 2027, in Hamburg, Germany, and will travel through numerous countries, including Poland, Austria, the UK, Spain, France, and the Netherlands, before concluding in Tilburg on February 14, 2027. Notable stops include a performance at Warsaw’s Progresja on January 25, 2027. Tickets for the tour go on sale via a promoter’s pre-sale on May 13, 2026, followed by general availability on May 15, 2026. The band also recently released a cinematic live video for their track „The Lantern,” which can be viewed here.
