The organizer of the Obscene Extreme Festival announced the first performer who will perform at next year’s edition of the event. It will be the Swedish Wolfbrigade. The festival will take place from July 3 to 7 in Trutnov, Czech Republic.
Wolfbrigade continues to play their seventh studio longplay, titled „The Enemy: Reality”. The album was released on November 8, 2019, under the banner of Southern Lord Records. The material consisting of ten songs was recorded at „Wolfden Studio” in Stockholm. The mixing was done by Ulf Blomberg, and the mastering was done by Magnus Lindberg.
The formation was established in 1995 under the name Wolfpack, and five years later it was renamed Wolfbrigade. The core of the group from the beginning were guitarists Jocke Rydbjer and Erik Norberg.
