The unrelenting grindcore and extreme metal fest Obscene Extreme is gearing up for another brutal edition in Trutnov, Czech Republic, from July 1-5, 2026. Organizers have just added Spanish death metal crushers Teratoma to the already stacked lineup, joining previously announced acts Vulvectomy, Taedifer, Keitzer, Insanity Alert, Morta Skuld, The Accüsed AD, and Repulsive Feast.
