Finnish melodic death metal group Omnium Gatherum released its new studio album, May the Bridges We Burn Light the Way, on November 7, 2025, via Century Media Records. The album’s production was overseen by Jens Bogren, with mixing and mastering handled by Tony Lindgren at the renowned Fascination Street Studios. The record includes nine tracks, such as „The Last Hero,” „Walking Ghost Phase,” and „Road Closed Ahead.”
The band also released a promotional video for the track „The Darkest City” to coincide with the album’s launch. Omnium Gatherum is recognized for balancing aggressive death metal foundations with atmospheric melodies and expansive synth textures, a hallmark of their sound that is prominently featured throughout this release. The album is now accessible to the global audience through standard digital and physical distribution channels. This latest effort is viewed as a continuation of the band’s evolution into more progressive territories while maintaining their extreme metal core.
