German metalcore titans Heaven Shall Burn have dropped a powerful new music video for their single “Confounder,” a track from their forthcoming album, Heimat. Set for release on June 24 via Century Media Records, the album is now available for pre-order here.
Guitarist Maik Weichert shared insight into the album’s concept:
“‘Heimat’ is not a narrow endpoint as used by agitators and populists, but a starting point for observation and perspective. The album explores a broader meaning of ‘Heimat’: a homeland for diverse people, as well as a spiritual home—something that shapes and drives our thoughts and actions.”
